Devyani Srinivasan is a Director at Probex, where she has seeded and grown our social science research and M&E / impact assessment consulting services. At Probex, Devyani ensures that everything we do, from the Theories of Change we develop to the research methods we use, are tailor-made for the organizations we work with. While designing, executing, and communicating the results of in-depth qualitative studies are some of her strengths, she is also experienced in quantitative methods.
Devyani possesses a B.A. from Wesleyan University in the U.S., and a M.Sc.Pl. from the University of Toronto in Canada. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, as well as visiting art festivals and galleries.
Pallav Bose is an M&E and Research Consultant at Probex. Some of Pallav's strengths are his innate curiosity, and the process-oriented approach that he brings to his work. At Probex, Pallav's careful training of our research and evaluation partners, and experience analyzing large data sets, ensure the quality of these processes. In addition, his "can-do" attitude enables him to navigate the daily challenges of our work, whether that's facilitating a complex Theory of Change workshop or responding to an unexpected development in the field.
Pallav is also a PhD Candidate at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and is in the process of submitting his thesis. Outside of work, he enjoys playing table tennis and taking long walks.
Aniket Wakankar is an M&E and Research Consultant at Probex. At Probex, his skills in conducting focus groups, interviews and activity-based research bring depth to our use of qualitative methods. To transcription and qualitative analysis he brings an attention to detail that ensures our findings are supported with rigorous and credible evidence.
Prior to joining Probex, Aniket worked extensively with boys in schools across Mumbai, and continues to be passionate about fostering their potential to challenge ideas of masculinity. Outside of work, Aniket enjoys playing the harmonium and is an avid collector of vinyl records.
