At Probex Management Consulting, our goal is to improve social and environmental impact through evidence-based decision-making. We believe that our work is successful when it helps our clients to improve their programme strategy. Our clients include non-profits, foundations and for-profit social enterprises.
We have been offering services in the areas of social science research, as well as monitoring and evaluation (M&E) / impact assessment, since 2010. We are a private limited company registered in Bangalore, India, and our research and M&E practice was established by Devyani Srinivasan.
Our services include developing M&E frameworks, conducting third-party research and evaluations, and building evaluation capacity.
What We Do
Develop M&E Frameworks, Plans and Capacities:
The facilitation of participatory workshops that result in customized logic models, Theories of Change, indicators and evaluation questions, the creation of comprehensive M&E plans, and the delivery of short duration classroom and field-based training.
Conduct Research Studies and Third Party Evaluations:
The design and execution of independent studies, using quantitative and/or qualitative methods as appropriate, and the communication of the results to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.
Institutionalise M&E and Build Evaluation Culture:
The strengthening of evaluation culture within organizations, so that they are equipped internally to consistently demand and supply high-quality evidence for decision-making, enabled by our all-round support that spans staffing, on-the-job training and consulting services.
